Learn some tips & tricks to increase your vibrational frequency.

Are you feeling depressed, sad, anxious or emotionally stuck? Raising your vibrational frequency can be a tool to get you back on the right track. Before I get into the meat and potatoes of how to increase your vibrations. We have to first acknowledge the Law of Vibration, which is that everything is never at rest. Everything is always in motion and has its own frequency. Vibrational frequencies can not be seen with the naked eye but trust me, it can be felt. Have you ever met someone and instantly felt uneasy around them? Well, most of us would say "they have a bad vibe" which might be true. Most likely their vibrational frequency is not a vibrational match to yours. In fact, their vibe might be at a lower frequency. Therefore, making you feel uneasy or heavy. The same scenario can be applied to your internal vibrational compass. Let me explain.
When you feel sad, mad or just plain angry. How does it makes you feel physically? Do you feel light or heavy? You probably said heavy huh? Well, that because those emotional state carry low vibrational frequencies. Ok, now let me ask you the opposite scenerio. Think of something that makes you smile, laugh or feel joy. How do you feel physically? Do you feel lighter? Well, that's because those emotional state has a higher vibrational frequency. Makes sense? So in part, one way to increase your vibration is to recognize when you're in a low emotional frequency and do the things that gets you in a high vibrational state. Makes sense? I hope I didn't lose you. Well, if I did let me put it this way. When you feel sad, watch a funny movie. When you're around someone that angers you, separate yourself from the situation. Get yourself to the next higher vibrational level.
Ok, now that we got all the cleared up. here is a list of things you can do to increase your vibrations.
Write down or say to yourself what you are grateful for. It doesn't matter how big or small it is. Just get yourself in a gratitude mode. Gratitude is one of the highest emotional vibrations that can be easily accessible.
Close your eyes and take 5 deep breathes. This will get your body from a fight or flight mode to a relaxed state. Causing you to do an "emotional reset".
Take a walk outside and put your feet in the grass. Grounding is a perfect way to get in sync with nature. Due to the high vibration frequency of the earth, putting your feet in the grass causes your vibrations to match up with the frequency of the earth. Which is 432hz.
Acknowledge your emotions. Feel them, then let them go. Giving the space to feel what is bothering you maybe just enough to pass through it. Give yourself 5 mins to cry or yell alone then let it go. A great release exercise is to write your feelings down and rip it up or burn it (if it is safe for you to do so).
Move your body. Moving your body connects to your lower chakras. Dancing, running or even walking will help move stagnant energy. While you're moving you body, go ahead and put on your favorite tunes. Hell, sing out loud if you can. You don't even need to know all the words.
